Masala Chai

Ingredients

  • Banyan Trunk Lemongrass – Ginger Extract

  • Water: ¼ Cup (30ml)

  • Milk: ¾ Cup (120ml)

  • Tea Powder: 1 Teaspoon

  • Sugar: 2 Teaspoons (as per taste)


Preparation

1. Boil the water in a saucepan.

2. Add Tea Powder and boil for 2 minutes.

3. Add Sugar and stir till sugar melts.

4. Add Milk and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.

5. Take 2-4 drops of Banyan Trunk Lemongrass Ginger extract in a cup.

6. Turn off the flame and strain tea into the cup.
