Garlic Paratha

Ingredients

  • Banyan Trunk Garlic Extract

  • Water

  • Paratha Material (as per choice)

  • Butter/Ghee

Preparation

  1. Add Garlic Drops in some water (One Drop for One Cup of Water).

  2. Use that water for kneading the Paratha Dough.

  3. Roll the Parathas.

  4. Add 2-3 drops of Banyan Trunk Garlic Extract to the Butter/Ghee.

  5. Cook the parathas on a medium flame coating it with the prepared Garlic Butter/Ghee.

  6. Serve with Green Chutney or Chole Masala.
